Teenagers in fatal car crash with tree named
Two teenagers who died after a car crashed into a tree have been named locally.
A white Tesla car crashed on Holland Road, near Oxted, close to the junction with Popes Lane, in the Hurst Green area, shortly before 22:00 GMT on Saturday. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and another died later in hospital, Surrey Police said.
The victims are understood to be Jenson Seal and Jake Neaves.
A 30-year-old man from Oxted was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Also on Saturday, a man and a woman on a motorcycle died in a crash involving two other vehicles in Kent.
