Kim’s Convenience cast talks about 'immigrant family life'
Kim’s Convenience was a hit Netflix show, but before that, it was also an award-winning play in North America.
Written by Korean-Canadian actor and playwright Ins Choi, it’s a heart-warming comedy about a Korean family-run convenience store in Toronto.
It’s been playing in the UK for the first time at the Park Theatre in Finsbury Park. The BBC’s Serin Ha went backstage to talk to the cast Namju Go, Jennifer Kim and Ins Choi.
