Uttlesford bin collection ‘stuffed up’

Waste collections across the Uttlesford district have been missed this week due to an administrative oversight. Peter Holt is Chief Executive of Uttlesford District Council, and told BBC Essex about the contingency plans they're making to resume collections as soon as possible.
