Police have seized £262,000 worth of cannabis plants following a tip-off.
They were found in Cunliffe Road, Blackpool, one in the early hours of Monday and one in the evening.
Some of the plants were still growing, said a spokesman, while others had been dried and vacuum-packed and were ready for sale, Lancashire Police said.
Police said the electricity supplies had been tampered with in the two buildings, leaving them "dangerously unsafe". No arrests have been made.
