A 20-year-old was charged with disorderly behaviour and a provocative act outside Belfast Courts, where a legal challenge over the decision to fly the flag took place on Tuesday afternoon.

An 18-year-old man and 46-year-old man have also been charged with disorderly behaviour following a further protest outside Belfast City Hall on Tuesday evening.

All three are due to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on 30 December.
