Tilly's 2016 Blog - L.A
Hey everyone, this is my summer blog from all my adventures in L.A! You can check out my pics, recipes and updates from my summer adventures!

The Ramsay Bunch are back in the UK! Check out more of my recipes, updates and adventures here on my 2016 UK blog!
Backstage with The Vamps
L.A is the music capital of America, so Holly and I have been working on our best rockstar pose before we go and meet The Vamps!

Nice guitar jump Jack! He's a big Vamps fan just like the rest of us!

We had a lot of fun helping out the crew this week. Do you think Holly would be good at filming all our adventures?

My Recipe of the Week!
I came up with lots of yummy food ideas for the Vamps this week.
These are my Rocking Ramsay Rice Balls, you can try making them yourself here.
If you could cook for your favourite band or artist, who would it be and what would you cook them? Leave a comment below!

Everybody smile! It was so cool meeting The Vamps and seeing what it was like backstage. I bet it's super scary performing in front of so many people!

Go Jack! I think he would make a great fifth member of The Vamps. What a guitar ace!
We had a break and everyone tucked into the food I made. Maybe I should be the caterer on tour for The Vamps, so I could cook for them all the time!

Touch down time!
Sports fever has been sweeping the locals so we’ve been getting stuck in. Jack, Megan and Holly went to do some American football training with the Blackhawks!

Way to go Meg! Natural born quarterback!

Jack had some skills too and got a touchdown! What a natural.

The Blackhawks were brilliant hosts. Great name too! If you were in an American football team, what would your team name be? Leave a comment below!

My Recipe of the Week!
While the guys were out playing football I was busy cooking up an all American feast.
These are my Touch Down Chips and Dip, you can try making them yourself here.

Next, Jack Megan and Holly tried out their cheer skills with the L.A. Dream All Stars. I think they would make great cheerleaders!

When they got home, I tried my American football skills. Hmm… I need more practice I think!

Wow, Jack really took the cheer spirit to heart, maybe he’s found his calling…

Off to the beach!
While the rest of the Ramsay Bunch went to the beach, I had a day off to catch up on my blog!

Jack, Megan and Holly were in charge - so they had to get everything ready, including the cooking!
What’s your favourite thing to do on the beach? Leave a comment below!

Jack tried out his new gadget with drone expert Maor Luz and got some great selfie tips.

You can get amazing aerial footage with drones – I think Jack did pretty well with this shot!
Mum and dad like to arrive in style. That jet ski looks super fun!

My Recipe of the Week!
This week I left Megan and Holly in charge of the food… I know! This is my Californian Fish Cake recipe, which you can try yourself here.

Alexander looks like he's enjoying his Rescue Rings.

Oh no! Head chef alert! Dad can’t resist taking over.

Joining the circus!
This week we went to Las Vegas in Nevada! It's such an incredible city and we got to train with one of the best shows here... the Cirque du Soleil!

Us Ramsays can't resist a challenge - check out my bungee stunt! It's so high up... scary!

Wow that was much harder than it looked - I think my cooking is better than my circus stunts!

I went over to my dad's kitchen to try my hand at professional cooking. Check out the size of the fridge!

My Recipe of the Week!
Dad set me a challenge to create something delicious for his Vegas menu, so I made my circus sliders. You can try out the Salmon Slider recipe here.

I love seeing the pictures you've been sending in - check out this giant cookie Maisy and Jack made together! It looks so yummy!

Meanwhile, my mum and Holly kept busy with Emily, a make-up artist for the Cirque du Soleil. Looking the part mum!

Dad and his head chef Scott gave their verdict on my circus sliders... it's going on the menu! Dad's so proud!

Wildlife rescue
This week we look a bit silly but very professional in our waders as we visit the Californian Wildlife Centre.
We visited all the sick animals they look after. This is their biggest sea lion, his name is El Jefe – which means ‘The Boss’!

I created my first ever recipe for sea lions. It’s fish gruel, which is like a fish smoothie to help them get the food they need when they can’t eat properly.

My Recipe of the Week!
We decided to help out the Wildlife Centre and raise some money with a bake sale! So I made my Rescue Rings, they're round like doughnuts but healthier and delicious. You can make them too by checking out my recipe here.

Jack became our secret weapon to help ramp up sales! He gets my 'seal' of approval...

Wow, everyone loved our 'save our sea lions' bake sale, we sold out! It just shows doing something small can really help!

TV Stardom
Today I'm joining the stars as a guest on James Corden's TV Show! I'm super nervous!

I've sent the gang off in search of some classic UK treats so I can make a British food hamper for James!

Time for a quick pre-show selfie with dad. Oh no... embarrassing dad moment!
It's non-stop backstage! Definitely getting nervous now!

Amazing! I can't believe they found scotch eggs in L.A! Good work guys and perfect for James' British food hamper.

My Recipe of the Week!
As well as the scotch eggs, I made James some steak pies to go in his food hamper. You can make them too by checking out my recipe here.

Cooking challenge over! It's Ramsay VS Corden in the battle for best Full English Breakfast. Post your comment below to say who you thought was the best!
(P.S. Mine was totally better!)

Wild West adventures
This week we're off on a roadtrip, to the middle of the desert! I've always wanted to find out what it's really like to be a cowgirl!

Of course, we have to make sure we look the part. Bandanas and hats for fashion... Wild West style.

Time to eat - nothing beats outdoor cooking and food in the sun!

My Recipe of the Week!
My Campfire Ratatouille is the perfect outdoor treat and easy to make without pots and pans! You can try making it yourself with this recipe!

We went to detect ourselves some extra pocket money and dad found gold, but it's fake! He tricked us. Dad is such a joker.

Wow! Lucie has sent in a picture of her giant cookie - looking yummy!

Going to the movies
This week we're having an outdoor movie party - so Jack and Megan are in charge of building our screen. Good work guys!

What everyone else doesn't know is that I'm making a movie of my own... a prank movie! I wonder if Mum will fall for my whoopie cushion prank?

Check it out! Cruz Beckham and new BFF Cookie Monster visited us, what a day!

My Recipe of the Week!
My Giant Cookie is perfect for sharing with the whole family! (If you don't eat it all first like the Cookie Monster!) You can try making it yourself with this recipe!

Brilliant! I pranked dad! I'm definitely the best Ramsay joker.

Oh no! They've got me back for all my pranks good and proper. I should have seen it coming...

Holly has sent in a picture of her Californian Fried Chicken. It looks delicious Holly!

Returning to L.A
Holidays are the best ever! Time to have some big time fun :)

Wow! Ricochet the incredible surfing dog... but it looks like Jack needs to work on his surfing skills!
Jack, Megan and Holly are super competitive and getting loads of selfies for our family selfie competition. Looking good guys!

I'm not being left out! Check out my lettuce and apples super selfie... nailed it.

My Recipe of the Week!
Everyone is going to love these, my Californian Fried Chicken with secret spice mix. You can try them yourself with this recipe!
