5 PE life hacks you need to know
PE is a minefield, from trying not to do anything embarrassing to avoiding the dreaded lost and found box! Here are five life hacks you need to know to survive PE. Add your own tips below!

1) Put tea in your trainers

No, really. If you put a dry teabag in your trainers after class you won't get that smell that makes your mum frown, and you won't have to explain your cheesy feet to your mates. Win win. (Don't forget to ask your grown ups before you go sticking one of their expensive Earl Greys down your kicks!)
2) Set a PE alarm

Unless you actually like having to wear spare kit from the suspiciously named 'lost and found' box (seriously, how did someone lose their PE skirt? How does that happen?), you might want to set an alarm on your phone or calendar on PE days to remind you to bring your stuff. You won't regret it!
3) Avoid the elastic bands of doom

Elastic bands have their place, and that place is not your hair. Ouch! Don't forget to bring something better to tie your hair up with.
4) Go first

If there's a sport or game that you don't mind playing, try to volunteer to go first. That way, when it comes to a game you really don't like, your teacher will be less likely to pick you for it.
5) Bring deoderant

This explains itself. You don't want to be sitting through double maths at the end of the day when you're as fresh as a farmyard.
