Today is Leap Day! A leap day happens in a leap year - a year that has one extra day in it, usually every four years. The extra day is added onto the end of the shortest month, February. So in a leap year, February has 29 days instead of its usual 28. 2016 is a leap year - so let's celebrate the occasion with an Animaltastic gallery of 16 leaping doggies!
