Danny Howard is taking BBC Music Introducing DJ’s on tour

BBC Radio 1’s Dance Anthems figure-head Danny Howard is hitting the road, and he’s taking six Introducing DJ’s with him.

Danny Howard's Off The Beaten Track tour is all about bringing the party to smaller clubs around the UK, and this autumn he will be heading to Guildford, Wolverhampton, Exeter, Haverfordwest, Loughborough, as well as Aberdeen and Perth in Scotland.

This year BBC Music Introducing has been championing electronic music with Radio 1 and 1Xtra’s Monki and Danny Howard, who picked six DJ’s and producers to play our first ever Introducing festival stage dedicated to dance music at Creamfields this summer. They will also be picking four more acts for the Introducing showcase at the Amsterdam Dance Event next month.

Joining Danny on tour are: Like Son, Luke Hassan, Lisa Sharred, RanouvaGrooves, Lewis John, Model, K V A S I R and George Marshman

6th Oct: Like Son at Thirty3Hz, Guildford (supported by BBC Music Introducing in The South)

7th Oct: Luke Hassan and Lisa Sharred at Starworks Warehouse, Wolverhampton (supported by BBC Music Introducing in The West Midlands)

13th Oct: RanouvaGrooves at Move, Exeter (supported by BBC Music Introducing in Devon)

28th Oct: Lewis John at Eddie Rocks, Haverfordwest (supported by BBC Music Introducing in Wales)

18th & 25th Nov: Model and K V A S I R at Unit 51, Aberdeen and Ice Factory, Perth (supported by BBC Music Introducing in Scotland)

30th Nov: George Marshman at Loughborough Student Union, Loughborough (supported by BBC Music Introducing in The East Midlands)

Danny Howard's Dance Anthems is on BBC Radio 1 every Saturday 4-7pm
